Alternate: Unzip to a folder of your choice, then copy and paste ar_Einlanzer.dsres into "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Dungeon Siege\Resources".

I'd suggest the Alternate method since it's allways a good idea to keep backups. :)

Hello, this is my debut model, "Einlanzer". Don't bother asking what it means, I don't know, it just sounded cool.

First thing's first, the first release of this sword is intended to display the model, first and foremost. I will be going back through
the template and reworking the stats (currently it is wieldable at 10 Str). Please don't send me emails commenting on whether
the sword is ballanced or not, the stats will get modified in the future.

The sword can be bought at the Weapon Smith in Elddim. Currently, it's a bit expensive (somewhere near 1.5million)
so I plan to figure out how to lower the price in the near future. The weapon is not droppable as random loot, so you won't
be seeing "Einlanzer" drop off of your favorite Chickens just yet, but it's planned for a future release.

I'm new to the modding scene, I started this sword on my second day using Gmax(it's now my third), I have no prior experience modelling.
If you want tips on modelling, I'm not the person to ask, so please don't email me about it. There are plenty of guides on the
net to help people who want to get into modelling, I'm living proof of that.

I'm aware the model itself is a bit blocky (the hilt mainly), but that's the way it was intended. My first project was a little too
complexed to skin the way I had wanted, so I intentionally designed "Einlanzer" as a simple sword with the intent to bring
out it's style through the Skin and it's simple form.

Will I be making more models any time soon? Absolutely, I intend to model a Poleaxe and 1H sword next, and I'm
working up concept art on a Glaive as well. When will they be ready? Hell if I know, I'm a perfectionist, this sword alone
has gone through more "Final" versions than I can remember, it's changed colors about 4 times, and has been reskinned even more.
They'll be done when I deem them finished.

Enjoyed the "Einlanzer", but want a bit more variety? I've got the original "Einlanzer" sitting on my computer and am contemplating packing it up for a release.
What's the original look like? Well, it's like the "Einlanzer" released here, only the trim (all of the "silver" trim on the hilt, grip, and black trim on the blade) are red.
If you'd like me to release the Original Version, send me an email and let me know what you think.

Have suggestions? Feel free to send me an email, my contact information is at the end of the Readme, I'm interested in all feedback. Be warned, however,
that I will not read, 'nor respond to Flames. Constructive criticism is one thing, personal attacks is another.

4. Terms of Use
----------------------------------------------------

You are free to use "Einlanzer" for private use, do not sell "Einlanzer" or any of it's components (icons, meshes, textures).

"Einlanzer" is composed entirely of original content, every piece of it was hand crafted via Gmax and Photoshop. It is the intellectual property
of Joel Carpenter (That'd be me) and is not to be released by anyone other than myself without due credit (please keep this Readme with it.)

I create Models for people to enjoy, if you want to use "Einlanzer" or any of it's components in a mod/Siegelet, please email me first. I ask this
mainly because I'd like to hear about it so that I can keep my eye out for your project.

If you'd like to modify "Einlanzer" or any of it's components, feel free, so long as proper credit is given.
