1. Disclaimer
   
   This Program comes without any Warranty. Please use my forum for feedback.

2. Installation
   
   QuakeWars Power Admin require Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0. Extract the QWPA_*.zip file in a directory you want. Start QuakeWars Power Admin.exe, that's all.

3. Server Prepare
   
   You have to set the rcon password with “net_serverRemoteConsolePassword <password>”.

4. Usage

   1. General
      
      Create a new profile with New. Fill in the needed informations, test this profile and press Connect.

   2. File Menu

• Execute Local Config
  
  Configurations in folder configs can be executed here. Be sure that it do only things you want.

• Write Remote Config
  
  Write the actual server configuration to a file on server. Don't overwrite essential cfg or your server maybe don't start.

• Execute Remote Config
  
  Configurations on server can be executed here. Be sure that it do only things you want.

3. Punkbuster Ucon
   
   Connect to your Server and make sure Punkbuster is running. Open Extras->Punkbuster Ucon. Set your external IP (IP from Internet, not your local) and type any user name and password of your choose. Press Connect Ucon, fist time you have to accept the PunkBuster End User License Agreement. For more information visit the Punkbuster Website. If Ucon is streaming you can close this window with Ok. If anything got wrong close Power Admin and make sure no pbucon.exe is running in task manager.
   
   You can also go to options menu and select “Auto get external IP” and “Auto Ucon Connect”, now Power Admin try to connect Ucon every time you connect to a sever. If something goes wrong you can try random port change.

4. IRC Bot
   
   IRC Bot is at experimental status. Make sure Ucon is streaming. Open Extras->IRC Bot, type in needed information and press Connect. The bot should show up in your irc channel. To start the cast press Start Reporting.
   
   For rcon access over irc query the bot with “rcon help” for help.

5. Statusbar
   
   If Ucon is streaming there is a display that show server cpu load. An ideal server should have a green line unless map change. I f you can see big yellow and red lines, the server has maybe a performance problem. Perhaps a restart of game server help.

6. Command line parameter
   
   -resetOptions Set all options to default.

7. Troubleshooting
   
   If Power Admin is running and you get any problem while connect, refresh or apply first test your Server with “Test Server Profile” button on server list. It should show something like that:

   Here the error codes:
   
   Error in comunication.
   Check IP and Port
   
   No rcon available.
   You have to set the rcon password with “net_serverRemoteConsolePassword <password>”.
   
   Bad rcon password.
   You give wrong password.
   
   no server found
   Maybe forget spawnServer <map/campaign>?
