1. How to use the FGD in Hammer Editor (Worldcraft)?

You have to use the trainhunters.fgd WITHOUT the halflife.fgd.

2. What are the new entities?

  • weapon_brickcannon: you might know this weapon from Unreal Tournament, in primary fire it fires big bricks and in secondary fire it fires many small bricks

  • ammo_brick: ammo for the brickcannon :)

  • weapon_smokegrenade: this are smokegrenades

  • weapon_barnacle: barnacles to pick up

  • weapon_tsg: this weapon stops trains and feezes players

  • weapon_flamethrower: a strong flamethrower

  • weapon_phantom: creates player phantoms

3. What is new about the old Half-Life weapons?

weapon_crowbar: This is now a big mallet, much stronger than the old crowbar, but the player has this weapon anyway.

weapon_crossbow: Not really a crossbow anymore.

weapon_shotgun: Nice new benelli here.

weapon_gauss: This weapon is very important, it can stop trains fully charged. The gauss is made weaker.

weapon_egon: With this weapon players can beam theirselves on trains.

weapon_satchel: The satchels look like weapon boxes now - tricky :).

weapon_snark: The snarks are now very strong mad barneys.

weapon_hornetgun: The hornetgun is completely different, it blows and sucks players.

weapon_rpg: The RPG is now a 5xRPG.

4. My map fades to black and tells me I have no train!?

This happens in every map without a func_tracktrain. You could either place a func_tracktrain somewhere or just switch "traindetection" to "0".
