Description:

This is a total remake of my old Crash skin, [TFF]Kiwa. Arya helped me a little bit on this one. She did some help on the preliminary sketches and some color touch-ups and textures while I did the greys. It was Arya's idea for the team skins so don't ask me why she's bit "bare" in CTF. (O.o) ... but they almost remind me of the Alexandrian Knights from Final Fantasy IX. (^.^)

I made this skin as a present for my friend, Kiwa. It's almost her birthday (8/31/2001) so I had to make something ... I didn't think I would be able to take my PC with me when I move out so I started on it pretty early. (^.^)

Story: After defeating Xaero last year in the Vadrigar, she was granted one wish by the masters. She wanted to go back home to the Kingdom of Saphiria and become a normal princess again. She then returned home and decided to fight in next year's Fighter Festival Competition as a "Fragger" class. With her skills that she mastered last year in the Vadrigar, she would be unstoppable. After reaching her final opponent, Rika Knight, Kiwa was then teleported again ... "back here again? I remember last year ..." but what she didn't knew was that the Vadrigar added some new arenas to the tournament ladder, such as 3Wave, Dreamcast, and .:LvL packs. "You are a formidable opponent, Kiwa," the Vadrigar said, "but now we will take you to a new level!" Now entering a "Trance!" she becomes Kiwa MK2, coming into the arenas with more skill than last year.

What I was thinking of what to do next when I wrote this readme:
  • Skizot Enigma said at #model_design that he'd make an Aldelbert Steiner model, if he finds the time to do it. Since Steiner is my favorite FFIX character, I'll definately skin that.
  • Futuristic Female Final Fantasy characters as Crash skins. (eg. Cyborg-Celes, Mecha-Tifa, Robo-Rinoa, Power-Garnett, Ultra-AkiRoss)
  • Alexandrian Soldier 2K2 based on the Alexandrian Soldiers in Final Fantasy IX. Improvise on Crash's helmet.
  • Black Mage "Vivi" head model for Team Arena
  • "Bionic" Beatrix for the Mynx model (Beatrix from FF IX but with some cyborg enhancements)
  • Finish my Valentine model.
