What does it do?...

For Single Player only - and specifically RMG.

• Adds three Marines to Assassination, Demolition and Infiltration RMG missions, making you part of a four man team, typical of most covert special forces units. Previously you had just one buddy for demolition missions.
  
  
• Adds two new terrain types - "Moors" and “Rainforest”.
  
  
• New desert camo skin for Jordan.
  
  
• The Marines in RMG now use vocal responses, making them a little more human!
  
  
• Enables daylight infiltration missions.
  
  
• Adds the Silver Talon, MP5, and SIG 551 to the single player menu, and adds them to some enemies.
  
  
• Increases the damage and reduces the recoil of all weapons (but doesn't change the NPC damage) making for a more realistic, less frustrating experience. Shoot someone, they will die, or be incapacitated, with one or two shots.
  
  
• New sounds for the MP5, SIG 551 and AK74.
