Delta Flyer SOD + Texture - by Eclipse Project
Ship's ODF/Parameters ODF - by Spectre
1.)
Place fdelta.sod into
the 'SOD' directory
Place fdelta.odf into the 'ODF/Ships' directory
Place deltaflyer.odf into the 'ODF/Ships' directory
Place sdeltaflyerphys.odf into the 'ODF/Other' directory
Place trek_sdeltaflyerphys.odf into the 'ODF/Other' directory
Place Delta2.tga into the 'Texture/RGB' directory
Place gbfdelta.tga into the 'Texture/RGB' directory
2.)
In the station you want the Delta Flyer
to be built from i.e. Starbase/Shipyard/Advanced Shipyard. Open
the relevant station file from \ODF\Stations\ - i.e. open fbase.odf (Starbase),
fyard.odf (Shipyard), fyard2.odf (Advanced Shipyard).
Scroll down till you find 'buildItem* = "<shipname>"
Then enter the delta flyer like: buildItem* = "fdelta"
where * is you enter the next number.
Save and Exit.
3.)
Goto your \Sprites\ directory then open 'gui_global.spr' and then find the line:
'Federation Build Buttons'
'@reference = 64'
find the last ship entered - i.e. b_fgalaxy and then enter:
b_fdelta gbfdelta 0 0 64 64
make sure the the lines lineup with the rest of the lines
Save and Exit.
4.)
Goto you \TechTree\ directory and open 'Fulltech.tt' - Find the last ship listed
Add:
fdelta.odf 0
Save and Exit.
Open 'Tech1.tt' and under: 'Federation Ships' and before 'Federation Stations' add
fdelta.odf 1 <fbase.odf/fyard.odf/fyard2.odf> - Depending which one u want to use.
Save and Exit
5.) Load the game
